Families Fill Lawrence at Family Nature Night

Lawrence Elementary School was packed with families and Partners at their 2nd annual Family Nature Night.

Partners thrilled students with a variety of activities. Butterfly Pavilion had critters to show, while Majestic View Nature Center brought skins and skulls to talk about all kinds of Colorado Wildlife.

Students tested their skills in Archery in the gym. What a fun and athletic way to feel connected to nature! Casting was also a big hit, students caught their fair share of plastic bass.

Families were overjoyed at the raffle. Many students won outdoor prizes that they will be able to use in the future. The Family that won the Grand Prize was very excited!
