Academy ACL Family Nature Night

The SOLE Team had a blast at Academy ACL for their Family Nature Night! About 20 families attended this event. Thanks to all the families that came out for a night of fun in the outdoors!

Archery and fishing was enjoyed in the gym while pizza was served in the cafeteria. Some of our amazing partners even came out with some activities of their own.

The Catamount Institute brought a "Bird Scavenger hunt" where families had to search the halls to identify different bird species!

Pueblo Zoo even joined in on the fun!

Bear Creek Nature Center also shared some great fun facts about wildlife, and helped us learn about animal skulls!

Academy ACL invitied the El Paso County Search and Rescue Team to Family Nature Night as well! Students loved being able to explore the heavy machinery!

The raffle was held in the gymnasium. Congratulations to all of the winners!

Thanks to Academy ACL's wonderful families and staff for having us! We can't wait to come back next year for more outdoor family fun!
