Thomas Edison Family Nature Night
What fun we had at Thomas Edison's Family Nature Night! Our students and their families arrived enthusiastic and eager to play. Not only were we joined by Area Wildlife Manager Frank McGee, but we were also lucky enough to have several of our wonderful volunteers in attendance. Huge thanks to Sylvia, Rose, Fran, and Bill, without whom this event would not have been possible!
In addition to our arsenal of Colorado Parks & Wildlife staff and volunteers that helped out, we also had some crowd-pleasing partner organizations there, as well. The Catamount Institute, City of Colorado Springs Trails, Open Space and Parks, and Cheyenne Mountain State Park all came out for the fun!
We are sincerely grateful to Thomas Edison Elementary's staff and teachers for their hard work in helping us make this event happen! We can't wait to be back next year!
